About IQS

Governing Bodies

The purpose of the IQS Technical College Private Foundation, a legal entity with full legal status and the right to function in accordance with current law, is to direct and manage IQS.

The IQS, High Technical Education Center, Private Foundation, a legal entity with full legal status and ability to function, in accordance with current law, has, as institutional purpose, to manage IQS.

The highest governing body of the Foundation is the Board of Trustees, that represents the Foundation and is mainly responsible for managing its funds.

The number of Board members is between ten which are appointed by the Tarraconense Province of the Society of Jesus; they elect a chairman to lead their meetings.
