The use of new information technologies is becoming more and more important in education and daily life in general; IQS promotes all those ICT resources to support teaching. The IQS university community can access on-line tools 24 hours a day to check contents, send or correct work, complete exercises, consult files or get in touch with work teams, either with a class of students or with more cross-curricular groups.
The university also provides other services associated with the ICT department, such as a technical suppport service which solves daily incidents that may occur when using information technology tools at IQS, access to licensed software and other internal services, such as free acces to internet connection and IQS intranet.

ContactIn order to provide a more personalised response, ICT has made available a form on its website which the IQS university community can use for information or help. The requests are dealt with in order of arrival and seen to as fast as possible.
If you are at the university and see it fit, go to the department. ICT student support is provided at the following times:
Mornings: from 12.00 to 13.00.
Afternoons: from 15.00 to 16.00.
