• Programa d’Acceleració Corporativa

What does the program entail?

Disrupting the company is a program that is open to consolidated companies that have an interest in innovating by improving their collaboration dynamics with startups. During the four-week course, companies will participate in presentations, review success stories, and carry out individual work with each company. Participants can also take advantage of a networking space between presentations and case studies, including brokerage with startups.

The program is led by a benchmark institution in developing acceleration programs for industrial startups and has been developed by a team of experts with extensive experience in deploying corporate entrepreneurship programs. A small number of participants will also be able to take advantage of personal attention from an expert to launch or improve their internal corporate entrepreneurship program.

With this course you’ll be able to:

  • Become familiar with corporate entrepreneurship through a hands-on experience of what Corporate Venturing involves.
  • Identify challenges within your company that can be tackled in conjunction with startups.
  • Learn about the experiences and success stories of companies that are already collaborating with startups.

Who is it aimed at?

Disrupt is intended for companies that understand that their competitiveness largely depends on their ability to innovate and collaborate with next generation companies (startups). The program is aimed at companies with a minimum turnover of €5M that are interested in learning how to start or improve their collaboration dynamics with startups

Program format

During the four-week course, companies will participate in presentations, review success stories, and carry out individual work with each business. There are two tracks to choose from for individual work: the first focuses on working in collaboration with startups, and the second is structured around internal learning processes.

Participants can also take advantage of a networking space between presentations, practical case studies, and brokerage with startups. A small number of participants will also be able to take advantage of personal attention from an expert to launch or improve their internal corporate entrepreneurship program.

The program takes place over four morning sessions on different Fridays with a frequency of 3 – 4 weeks. Four theoretical sessions will present real success stories of companies that already have experience in this type of collaboration.

  • The workshops include three individual sessions linked with the morning sessions to better absorb the contents and put them into practice. (Workshop sessions can be held online or in person. In the latter case, the IQS campus will be available and courses could be held at your company's facilities if suitable.)
  • Networking space to meet startups and create synergies with them.
  • Brokerage Session
