• 4. Enrolment


The places will be granted to the admitted students according to the pre-registration order and the seat reservation payment.

IQS will assign a day and time to formalize the enrolment in person at IQS once the seat reservation amount is paid.

Documentation to submit for enrolment:

  • Official diploma certified copy or its requested form.
  • Official academic file showing average grade in scale 0-10.
  • Document accrediting the English level necessary to follow the Master (see section "Language Requirements").
  • Direct debit mandate document (SEPA) that you will find hereRequired only in case of split payment.

 

If you anticipate that you will be missing a document, please let us know to modify the registration appointment.

The Master's coordinator will provide the IQS General Secretariat with the list of subjects to be registered for each student.

Credits recognition

Students who have subjects that can be recognized, will have to request the recognition of credits from the Permanent Commission of the Academic Board. To do so, they will have to submit an Official Academic Certificate to the General Secretariat and the curriculum of the approved subjects with the academic secretary's stamp from the university of origin.

These students will not be able to confirm the Master's enrollment until they receive the Commission's resolution and they will pay for the recognized subjects at the price of recognized credits.
