• 4. Enrolment

The places will be granted to the admitted students according to the pre-registration order and the seat reservation payment.

IQS will assign a day and time to formalise the enrolment in person at IQS once the seat reservation fee is paid.

Documentation to submit for enrolment:

  • Official certified copy of the diploma or the form to request the diploma.
  • Official transcripts with the average grade on a scale from 0-10.
  • Document accrediting the required English level to pursue the Master (see section "Language Requirements").
  • Direct debit mandate document (SEPA) that you will find hereRequired only in case of instalment payment.


If you anticipate that you will not have a specific document, please let us know to modify the registration appointment.

The Master's coordinator will provide the IQS General Secretariat with the list of subjects that each student must register for.

Recognition of credits

Students who have subjects that can be recognised, must request the recognition of credits from the Permanent Commission of the Academic Board. To do so, they will have to submit an Official Academic Certificate to the IQS General Secretariat and the curriculum of these subjects with the academic secretary's stamp from the university of origin.

These students will not be able to confirm the enrolment in the Master's Degree until they receive the Commission's resolution and pay the established fee to recognise the credits.
