Through this agreement, IQS is committed to increasing its bonds with companies in the tourism and hospitality sector. This demonstrates IQS's clear commitment to this key sector in the economy and today's society following the addition of the Sant Ignasi Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management (HTSI) to the university. The agreement includes a series of collaborative activities ranging from developing studies jointly, a greater presence of the company in classrooms, and designing educational programs.
As of this academic year, IQS offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in the field of tourism and hospitality management through the agreement adding HTSI to the university. Through this agreement, the IQS Foundation is reinforcing its institutional reach by incorporating top-quality education in tourism among its academic offerings, opening the doors to a vitally important sector, both nationally and internationally, in which Barcelona is a global benchmark.
The addition of HTSI strengthens high-quality academic and personal education and enhances the international reach of IQS, which proudly boasts the main international accreditations (AACSB and ABET) and offers programmes that are featured in widely-recognized rankings such as Financial Times and QS, among others.
