Líneas de Investigación

  • Estudio de las técnicas cromatográficas instrumentales y afines (GC, LC, HPCE, GC-MS, LC-MS, MS). Aplicación a medio ambiente, atmósferas interiores, alimentos y fármacos.
  • Caracterización de grasas alimentarias: desarrollo de métodos analíticos para la determinación de ácidos grasos omega-3, omega-6 y ácidos grasos trans. Estudio de su presencia y evolución en la elaboración de diferentes tipos de alimentos.
  • Estudio de los contaminantes orgánicos en la atmósfera (emisiones e inmisiones): precursores de ozono, siloxanos e HAPs. Desarrollo de métodos analíticos para su determinación. Estudio de las fuentes y evolución de estos contaminantes en el aire.
  • Estudio de los contaminantes orgánicos en la atmósfera interior de un museo (emisiones e inmisiones): ácidos y precursores de ácidos. Desarrollo de métodos analíticos para su determinación. Estudio de las fuentes y evolución de estos contaminantes.
  • Análisis de fármacos y sustancias relacionadas por técnicas cromatográficas y electroforéticas. Diseño, desarrollo, validación y transferencia de procedimientos
