• 1. Online pre-registration

You must complete our pre-registration process through our website: www.iqs.edu/en/online-preregistration

The first step is to create an account with your username and password. Once you have an account, you can check the status of your application at any time.

If you are already a student of IQS, pre-registration must be done directly through SIGMA (academic management system) and you are exempt from paying for it.

Documentation to upload:

  • Transcript of records with average grade in scale 0-10.
  • 1 color ID photo with white background.
  • Valid ID card copy (or passport) on both sides.
  • Document accrediting the necessary English level to pursue the Master’s Degree (see section "language requirements"). IQS students are exempt from submitting this document.
  • €100 application processing fee (refundable if you are not admitted).

If the studies that provide you access to the degree have been completed outside of the European Union, you will have to provide a letter issued by the university where you have completed your studies, confirming that the degree you earned is official and gives you access to an Official Master’s Degree in your home country.

Once you have finished the pre-registration application, the platform will inform you that the required documentation has been correctly received.

The Admissions Commission will study your application. If the outcome is favourable, the Commission will send you an admission letter together with the instructions so you can proceed to the place reservation and the registration procedure.
