Scholarships and Financing
Ask for your scholarship to study at IQS
IQS has four different types of scholarships for master‘s degree students. To request the scholarship, you need to be pre-registered and have been admitted to one of our degrees. We also have discounts for students with large families and for the second child at IQS.
Type of Aid
Academic Excellence
This scholarship is awarded to incoming master’s students of Spain and Andorra with the best academic records, up to a maximum amount equivalent to 30 credits (maximum scholarship of 50%).
Financial Aid Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to students who are residents of Spain or Andorra and have financial need. These scholarships are based primarily on your family’s income level and satisfactory academic performance.
International Student
This scholarship is awarded to students who reside outside of Spain, have financial need, and have excellent academic performance.
Special aids:
For the academic year 2024-2025, special aids has been earmarked for all students enrolling in the Master’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering and the Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry. The aid will be applied automatically.
Master’s Scholarship in Sustainability
A 30% scholarship on the tuition fee will be awarded to all those who apply to the Master in Materials Science and Engineering.
Jaroslav Heyrovský Master’s Scholarship
For the centenary of the invention of the chemical analysis method called polarography, a 30% scholarship will be awarded to all those who apply to the Master in Analytical Chemistry.
Entrepreneurial Mindset Scholarship
For students enrolled in the Master in Global Entrepreneurial Management, the Excellence Scholarships can cover up to 60% of programme tuition. The scholarships are awarded based on a combination of academic excellence and the ability to present a project proposal that students can develop throughout the duration of the Master.
